To ensure every jar meets our high standards of craftsmanship, please allow 7–10 business days for us to prepare and package your order.

• This window allows our candles to properly cure and settle before shipping, ensuring the best scent throw and quality.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

• During seasonal launches or holiday periods, we appreciate your patience as we hand-craft every order in the sequence it was received.

2. Fragile Packaging Commitment

Our matte glass jars are beautiful but delicate. We use reinforced, protective packaging to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition. If your items are damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery as per our Return Policy.

3. Delivery Coordination
