At Mura, we are committed to the quality of our handcrafted candles. Every piece is poured with intention and inspected before it leaves our hands. Because our products are handcrafted and delicate, we have established the following guidelines:
1. Damaged or Defective Items
Your experience is our priority. If your order arrives damaged during transit (e.g., broken glass), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Process: Email us at admin@muraegypt.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Returns & "Change of Mind"
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns based on "change of mind" or personal scent preference. We encourage you to explore our detailed scent descriptions before making a purchase.

Unopened Items: If you wish to return a candle that is entirely unused and in its original, sealed packaging, you may do so within 14 days of receipt.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must arrive back to us in its original, sellable condition to qualify for a refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Used or lit candles.

Custom-made or personalized orders.

Items purchased on "Final Sale" or as part of a clearance event.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
